Since the beginning of times, dancing has been for women of all ethnicities, one of the most feminine expressions and when women express their femininity, their expressing their totality which empowers them.
This holistic/intuitive dance workshops are an invitation to celebrate our divine essence, to find the intuition within in order to demonstrate our highest sexual/joyful energy.
For women of all ages that are willing to be whole in order to help achieve the divine plan on earth in their own ways.
This workshops will take you on a journey through different dance styles and musical rhythms that will take you back to the times when women would get together in ceremonial circles to connect with mother earth, the universe, the ancestors, the divine essence and each other.
Dance styles include samba, batucada, tribal, bellydance, afro dance, flamenco and more.

A Shaman is someone that has a relationship with all the elements of nature. Shamans feel elements of the external world as an integral part of self.
A Shaman practices feeling. Through intuitive feeling a shaman learns about Spirit. This relationship extends in the spirit realms that are found under the Earth, on the Earth and in the Heavens.
Are you ready for Shamanic Practice?
Shamanic practice gives you the opportunity to travel the spiritual realms. Here you will meet your totems, guardians and teachers. As your soul is not new to the earth, these practices will test you and your past life experience. You’ll make connections and receive teachings in the Lower, Middle and Higher realms.
We teach many different shamanic practices that will help you discover your Key to Happiness.
Individual Workshop: An intimate one-on-one program designed especially for your needs.
Couple Workshop: Work with your life partner, husband, wife, travel companion, lover or friend.
Group Workshop: Collect some friends that are ready to take the dive into their own spiritual practice. We will design a program that will benefit from the dynamic of group energy. It can be very enlightening to share in lessons with others.
Schedule and Time
Programs may be scheduled any time. We often schedule special programs around the New Moon and Full Moon.
Workshop times vary according to need. Theory and practice are interchanged throughout the day. A typical workshop of 2 or more people begins at 10am and finishes at 2 or 3pm. Individual work will take less time each day.
You’re invited to attend a life changing experience. This experience will relax you, heal you, remove your life stresses. Finally grounding you in your physical and emotional body. The inspiration of the drums will allow you to:
+ Open your heart chakra
+ Increase your creativity and concentration
+ Increase your vital energy
We’ve been practicing, teaching and recommending the Five Tibetan Energy Rejuvenation Exercises for over 10 years. You can do the whole routine in 15 minutes and only need enough floor space for your body while lying down and enough air space for your arms to be outstretched.
The 5 Tibetans represent a great way to keep your body in shape when you have limited time for a physical workout or limited space for a complete yoga routine.
The entire series of movements may be performed 2 to 3 times per day. As will all forms of holistic body work, sunrise and sunset are great times to be honouring your body with physical work. These are the best times to start our practice, but you may work them into your schedule as you see fit.
